- Free cancellation until November 8, 2026. One night deposit will be requested upon reservation confirmation. Deposit is nonrefundable.
- Reservation may be cancellated five days prior to the day of arrival (December 4, 2026), with 50% deposit penalty of the total stay.
- Any cancellation after December 4 will be charged in full 100% (non-refundable).

Staying “within the block” is not only a convenient way to help you stay connected with activities and networking opportunities during the meeting, it also helps to promote a successful and rewarding experience and keeps your meeting costs as low as possible. AIS recognizes that you have a number of options when securing hotel accommodations and a major commitment has been made to secure a large block of quality hotel rooms at a competitive rate. AIS is legally bound to fill the guest room block and an inability to fill the block will result in severe financial penalties which could affect negotiations and your costs for future meetings.
