DIGITAL LEADERSHIP SUMMIT

Connecting knowledge with decision making in a digital world

The DIGITAL LEADERSHIP SUMMIT connects global leading scholars with key government and business stakeholders to discuss the most prevalent issues in the digital world of business and society. The summit aims to stimulate future academic research on emergent questions and issues affecting the world of practice, and equally to inform stakeholders in various organisations of the value of current research in information systems.

The DL Summit is on 14th December from 14:00-18:30 in Lisbon (Lisbon congress centre) and is organised around three parts. An initial keynote to set the context on major issues in the digital sphere, followed by two panels with presentations by speakers and discussion combining leading academics with stakeholders from government and businesses.

The focus of the first panel is on the geopolitical dimensions of digital expansion, looking at questions on digital sovereignty affecting and shaping the digital infrastructures we all rely and depend on. The second panel focuses on the evolving nature of intelligent digital systems intervening in the nature of work and the shape of organisations.

There will be time for meaningful connections and conversations between the two panels, and to capture at the end the collective learning and key take aways.

The Digital Leadership Summit is open to all at no additional fee.
